Hoppy Easter

Easter Bunnies Abound at O Deer

Easter Mantle 2018

I’m just doing an ever-so-quick post today to show off a bit of my Easter Decor. As usual, so busy. It’s been a good first quarter at O Deer Mercantile and that’s keeping me Hopping 😛 . Also, we’ll be hosting Easter dinner and Egg Hunt on Sunday, and lots of preparations are underway. Other than Halloween and Christmas, Easter is the Holiday I do the most decorating for, and I’ve amassed quite the horde of both vintage and new decor.

New and Vintage Easter Decor

All of the cuties above are new additions this year. The two baskets are thrifted finds, but the vintage looking rabbit is a new purchase from Hobby Lobby. As I began to format pictures for this post, I was surprised at just how many Rabbits there are in my displays.

All of the above were thrifted finds over the past several years. I love the mix of styles and design.

I have lots of decorated eggs—terracotta eggs I beaded or hand painted and used transfers on, Gaia’s and mine Painted and Decorated Plastic Eggs from a few years ago, a collection of gemstone and fossil eggs, and some tiny hand-painted wooden ones I thrifted. My milk glass bowls and compotes make perfect Easter Baskets.

I hope you’ve enjoyed this quick tour of my home decorated for Easter, and I wish you and yours a Blessed and Peaceful Easter.

Till next time…
